Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of the items we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations once they have been shipped.
Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Items
At Starlit Studio, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure the quality and accuracy of every order. Should you receive damaged, incorrect, or lost items, please promptly notify us within seven days of delivery by contacting us at info@starlitstudio.art. Kindly provide detailed information along with photographs of any damage incurred. Upon review, we will promptly arrange a replacement for the affected item. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed
Wrong Address: In the event that an incorrect address was provided by the customer resulting in an undeliverable order, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be liable for any costs associated with reshipment after confirmation of an updated address, if necessary.
Unclaimed Orders: Unclaimed orders that are returned to our facility will incur reshipment costs, if applicable.
Fulfillment time
It takes 2–5 business days to produce your custom-ordered product. Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping.
Shipping information
Our prints are sourced and shipped from various locations worldwide through our trusted print partners. To optimize efficiency and reduce transit times, orders are fulfilled from the facility nearest to the destination address.
While we proudly offer free worldwide shipping, it is important to note that any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping times provided are estimations rather than guarantees. Factors such as customs clearance, transit disruptions, and other unforeseeable circumstances may affect delivery timelines.
To provide our customers with a general overview, below are estimated shipping times for various product categories:
- Framed Art and Unframed Posters: 4-8 business days
- Canvas Art: 4-11 business days
- Tote bags, Drawstring bags, Fanny Packs: 5-11 business days
Delayed, lost in transit or stolen packages
Starlit Studio is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the
shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
Item returned to sender after it has been shipped
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
